8:30  Registration

9:00-9:30  I Want To Change my Life, Where do I start?  Taking the first “Step” forward

We are going to kick off the day with exploring the questions, “Why can change be so hard?”  and “What does God have to say about our path in life, particularly as women?”  This session is all about making that first step toward change.

9:30 -10:00  First Step Exercise

10:00 -12:00  Identifying Your Amazingness

Sometimes truly knowing and embracing our own amazingness is downright difficult.  Its easier to think about our shortcomings or flaws.  This session will teach you an amazing and powerful tool to really experience God’s voice and truth in how He created you.  We will use nature as our gentle guide.

12:00- 1:00  Lunch (Provided by the Meadows)

1:00 – 2:00  Taking a closer look at the “voices” that keep us from moving forward.

We’ve all heard the saying, “I’m my own worst enemy.”  As women, we have a unique ability to nurture and support others but sometimes our feminine soul sets us up to take on negative scripts and “inner voices” that tear us down, rather than build us up.  Those “voices” can hold you back from really becoming the woman God meant for you to be.  This session will help you identify those voices as well as begin to “rescript” them.  This is a powerful lesson in moving forward.

2:00 – 2:30  Identifying the next Step… Where do I go from here?

Tackled negative inner scripts…check.  Embraced my unique and amazing self…check.  Now what?  This session is about using some of the best coaching tools available to help you take your experience at the conference back into real life.  How many times have we read a self-help book and understand the information but don’t make the necessary changes.  This session will help you get clear on what your individual goals are and take action toward that change.

2:30 – 3:00  Creating your Vision
